Patient Scheduling: Our team contacts the patient directly to coordinate scheduling.
Appointment Availability: Patients are typically seen within one week. Expedited appointments can be arranged for urgent concerns.
Provider Communication & Follow-Up: Visit notes are shared with referring providers as they are completed, generally within one week of the patient’s appointment.
