1. EMR + Fax (208) 656-8877
2. Patient Scheduling: Once our office gets fax in, we will set up and schedule with patients
3. *If don’t hear back from us by 24-hours tell patients to give us a call
4. Appointment Availability: Patients are typically seen within one week.

What to expect after referring to us:

1. Provider Communication & Follow-Up: We don’t typically send follow-up notes, but PCP is welcome to call and request notes if needed
2. We do not confirm receipt of referrals
